Design And Implementation Of Service Property Management System Based On Android

With the rapid development of our economy and the diversification of residential patterns, the drawbacks of traditional residential property management mode appear gradually. Opaque property charges and untimely notifications lead to community conflicts frequently. In order to reduce community argument,improve the efficiency of property management and simplify owners’ lives, the paper designs a Living property management system based on Android with the help of modern intelligent technology.Firstly, through analyzing problems of domestic property management system, understanding advanced property management development path and extensive use of smart client, the paper get a conclusion that the peoperty management system based on Android has a high pratical value in modern property management industry.Secondly, the system is divided into client(smartphones app) and server two parts after a comprehensive feasibility analysis and needs analysis. The client subsystem makes property funds virtualized and property fee transparency come true by using Alipay and Union Pay.The system pushes the notifications into the phones of owner timely through JPush technology to achieve real-time notifications. The system stores the pictures in the Qiniu Cloud Storage to saving storage space. Using Baidu Map, the system realizes home services of surrounding businesses and online laundry. The server subsystem mainly includes Apache Server, My SQL Database and PHP Language. Web service works with Apache Server, My SQL is used to store data.Then the client and the server vias the PHP for data interaction.Finally, the system is put into four communities in Zobi. After more than a year’s testing, the system is proved to not only meet the needs of property companies and owners, but also have higher stability and security.
