Review The Academic Contribution Of Modern Archives

The Study of Chinese archives history is a relatively proposition,studied earliest in the1930 s. After the national government launched “administrative efficiency movement”,a group of people with lofty ideals began to research archives and archives work for improving the efficiency of institutions.Their writings had many contents about the history of Chinese archives,indicating the archives started to collect the history of the ancient archives management work consciously.They teased the file types, institution and manager of every dynasty, opening the prelude of Chinese archives history research, and promoting the rise of Chinese modem archival science.Although to some extent, modern archives had many deficiencies and defects, which do not deny their contribution in leading descendants to work on the Chinese archives history studying.This article is divided into six parts: the first part subdivides the history of Chinese archives coverage, including the Chinese archival history,archival management work history,and archives history;The second part discusses the relationship between Chinese archives history and documents work history;The third part introduces the development of our country’s modern archives;The fourth part, Choosing Xu Tongshen, Xu Wangzhi, Yin Zhongqi, three people for example,introduces their research results in the document history;The fifth part states Yin Zhongqi,He Lucheng,Zhou Liankuan’s research on the history of Chinese archives;The sixth part evaluates the contribution of modern archives on Chinese archives history and the document history research,and points out their limitations of the study,then add the posterity on the basis of the research.At the same time, I put forward that today has not yet cleared field,expecting to provide a direction for the later research.
