The Internet of Things has been widely concerned and applied since it was proposed. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is one of the key technologies of it. In the work system of RFID, electronic tag communicates with the reader through radio waves. The reader can not only transmit the command of host to the electronic tag, but also can transmit the data that the electronic tag answered to the host. The host is responsible for the management and control of the tag.This topic comes from 2012 national special scientific instrument and equipment development project "high performance microwave spectrum analysis instrument design and application development", one of the subtasks "research of multiprotocol RFID integrated test and analysis technology ", it’s main research goal is to adding the RFID protocol analysis and signal test software in high performance microwave spectrum analyzer, achieve complete RFID protocols consistent measurement function. This paper implements one of the multiple protocols -ISO/IEC 18000-6C protocol and the protocol defines the radio frequency identification system for communication at 860MHz-960MHz.In the design process of RFID signal analysis and testing of the system, using a variety of algorithms that are appropriate to signal characteristics, namely the different protocol, different types of signals were taken different methods of analysis, This paper mainly deals with the analysis software of the test system based on the 18000-6C protocol. The software is designed to analysis signal by segmenting the signal to reader signal and tag signal, the reader signals and tag signals, then to be decoded, command analysis, and then the obtained results were compared with standard to verify whether the communication is correct. The research results will be displayed through the interface. This paper puts forward the edge decoding method for FMO and packet decoding method for subcarrier Miller modulation, improves the accuracy of the decoding method. As to the reader commands and tag commands, Look-up table method is proposed to verify the compliance with the protocol requirements. Signal analysis and calculation mainly includes the calculation of the rise time, fall time, modulation depth and other modulation characteristic parameters, then determine whether these parameters are complied with the standard.
