In the 21st century, with the penetration of the Internet in all spheres of society, the campus network began rapid development in recent years, coupled with the proposed "Internet+", "cloud services" concept, the development of information technology in education is the education sector at all levels layer who pay attention to it, but as a means of education to implement an effective carrier of information technology, campus network plays a crucial role. Ningxia "Education cloud" was born in the domestic information technology education has played an exemplary vanguard role, and Ningxia Yun Xixia as a testing ground for its campus network has important significance.In this paper, Xixia S Elementary School of Yinchuan campus network in the campus network of teaching resource library usage, teachers have the skills and training of the circumstances of the application of the campus network, campus network dedicated classroom usage, the campus network software support with case teachers use of the campus network and the constraints encountered, students and parents in the campus network applications engagement six aspects of the survey data, statistics and analysis, we found the school campus network applications, the achievements and problems. Achievements include the campus network transmission medium is a reasonable choice of network information distribution point; the number of computers and office commenced meet basic needs; campus network management mechanism is relatively complete; the higher the efficiency of the campus network dedicated classrooms. Quality resources and application effects include problems of campus network teaching resources repository poor; low degree of specialization of teachers; school lack of hardware facilities, can not be given to facilitate teachers; lack of support for the school’s campus network software platform; too much emphasis on the campus network teachers teaching and research network, neglect participation of students and parents. There are reasons for these problems of objective reasons and subjective reasons and objective reasons, including funds, manpower, school level, and social aspects of subjective reasons including teachers learning deficiencies, teacher learning awareness is not high, teachers, learning attitude is not positive, parents campus network indifferent. To solve the above problems, in the fourth chapter proposes the development of appropriate countermeasures, including strengthening the construction and application of teaching resource library; training in various aspects, improve the quality of training, to strengthen the construction of teachers; balanced development of software and hardware for teachers create conditions for better application of the campus network; establish an incentive mechanism campus network applications; carry out the campus network applications publicity and promotion, improving parents and students participation.
