With the development of the application of plasma in the industry, the demand for the production of non-equilibrium plasma power adapter(pulse power supply) is also increasing. The key techniques for the development of pulse power supply is high voltage pulse, repetition frequency and pulse front(5μs-100ns). The pulse front generally can reach 10μs-100μs, could not be adjusted, which greatly restricted the application of pulsed power technology in the field of national defense industryIn view of the long period of the pulse power supply wave, this design combines the pulsed power technology and high voltage technology. This paper presents a parasitic parameter dynamic model and the design of the T-SCC(Two-switches Capacitors Cells) generator, through the analysis and optimization of Marx generator and S2BM(Solid-State Bipolar Marx).At the same time, according to the capacitive load characteristics of the IGBT, the dynamic model of the parasitic parameters is established, and the formula of parasitic capacitance in charging or discharging is derived. In order to get a pulse voltage with adjustable pulse front, the secondary storage unit has been added, and a PC control system is designed. Specific studies are as follows:(1) The full bridge storage module of S2 BM is optimized for half bridge storage module, which reduces the pressure drop of each level, Charged by 1kV DC voltage source, T-SCC generator can really output adjustable bipolar pulse voltage from zero to 4kV, with 1kHz repetition frequency. The pulse has been compressed from millisecond to microsecond. Compared with the S2BM(Solid-State Bipolar Marx) generator, the electronic switch used each level is less, and the storage voltage can be increased by about 5-20 V, which can optimize the driving circuit and improve storage efficiency.(2) T-SCC generator can output the bipolar pulse voltage with wave front is about 10μs, which is not adjustable and determined by the conduction time of the electronic switch. Secondary energy storage unit can make it adjustable, which is impossible for traditional Marx generator. But the output voltage will decay after a certain proportion. 1.7kV and 1.2μs/50μs wave output can be obtained finally.
