Along with the in-depth research in key techniques such as wireless sensor networks, human-computer interaction and intelligent computing, context-aware technology got rapid development. Context-aware computing is promoted and applied to more and more areas. Context-aware computing, which is user-centered, can acquire context information that relates to sensing task and detect the changes of context, and then provides the intelligent services to meet the needs of users.As the uneven quality of context in dynamic, complex context-aware computing environment and the lack of effective hierarchical context quality management mechanism, current context-aware systems can not manage the quality of context effectively and uniformly. The context of low quality may cause context reasoning error. As the low accuracy and adaptability of existing inconsistent context processing algorithms, they can not process inconsistent context reasoning result accurately.The main contents of this thesis can be summarized as two parts:(1) Based on the hierarchical model of context information, this thesis presents a common context-aware framework model which is based on mechanisms of multiple context information quality estimation and hierarchical management, and describes its main workflow. By using hierarchical multiplex analysis of context quality, this model achieves the multi-angle and multi-level context quality assessment. This model improves the accuracy of the context by hierarchical context quality management.(2) This thesis presents an inconsistent context information processing algorithm, which is based on conflict redistribution, and improves it by exponent amendment. This algorithm adjusts the accuracy of context source by using user feedback, which provides foundation for the improvement of adaptation of context-aware system. Based on modified synthesis rules, this algorithm redistributes conflict adaptively, which effectively improves the adaptability and context-aware accuracy of the inconsistent context processing.Based on the research of common context-aware framework model by using mechanism of multiple context information quality evaluation and hierarchical management, we build a flexible, reliable and intelligent context-aware system framework, which provides support for application of context-aware system in practice. On the basis of the research of inconsistent context information processing algorithm based on conflict redistribution, we improve the adaptability and context-aware accuracy of the inconsistent context processing and provide a guarantee for efficient operation of context-aware system. The above research provides an effective mechanism for the design of context-aware system, and provides an adaptive algorithm with high precision for inconsistent context information processing. It also provides a solid foundation for the practical application of context-aware system.
