With the development of computer technology, simulation technology has been rapidly increasing and gradually becoming an important development strategy and infrastructure projects to every country to promote economic and military development. However, the credibility of simulation system directly relates to the success or failure of the system simulation applications. There are many factors can affect the simulation credibility, and the evaluation method is particulary important. A good evaluation method can improve the efficiency while ensuring the authenticity and validity of the evaluation results. In this paper, based on the traditional fuzzy comprehensive, give some improvements for deficiency of the original mode, and propose credibility evaluation model and method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. In the end, a model architecture and method of the evalution process is given. The main work is as follows:1. A new fuzzy comprehensive method based on optimal combination empowerment of information entropy is propsed in this section according to the feature of unity and subjectivity in the traditional fuzzy comprehensive. The combined mode includes minimum sum of squared deviations combination weight method and nonlimear programming combination weight method. The example analysis proves that this method can focuse on the advantages of subjective and objective weight calculation, and can also unified different index weights.2. Faced with complex multi-index evaluation system is difficult to determine the weight distribution as well as prone to the phenomenon of weight devoid of value, analytic hierarchy model was given as the basic method of establishing the index system, and gives general guidelines to establish index system。3. Do a study about comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy analytic heierarchy model, use hierarchical model to strike a target weight, then use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate and get the final results of the assessment. Through a case study, to verify the simplicity and practicality of the evaluation methods.4. The cloud model is introduced into the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to replace the traditional 1~9 scale with the model of the cloud model, which can get the index weight based on the cloud model. By using the cloud model to replace the traditional membership function, the group decision making method based on cloud model is studied. Finally, a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on cloud model theory is presented.5. The multi-hierarchy evaluation index system is established according to the characteristics of the evaluation object, which is based on the XXX operation simulation system. Using the improved method of this paper to evaluate the reliability of the "mathematical model" module, the practical application of the single scheme reliability evaluation based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is realized. Results show that the reliability of assessment level of the object is "credible", and verify the practicability and effectiveness of the evaluation method in this paper.
