Hydraulic drive system as a mechanical transmission, with job stability, spee d ratio, layout flexibility, long life and other advantages, so in the machiner y industry in a very wide range of applications. Goal of this paper is to desig n a module configured hydraulic control system test bed, and its application in teaching, on the one hand to make students more thorough understanding and kno wledge of the hydraulic drive system works, on the other hand to mobilize the e nthusiasm of the students, improve teaching effectiveness. In terms of content,introduction part introduces the history and current situation of domestic and foreign research and development of hydraulic transmission system; secondly in troduces the working principle of the hydraulic system and the main part; and f inally illustrate the trend of the hydraulic system and hydraulic test rig, the test bench and design ideas. Conducted experiments bench in the second chapter of the overall design, including hydraulic drive system works in detail, as we ll as details of the composition of the various parts. The third chapter is par t of the hydraulic system test bench design, carried out the details of the des ign of the main unit in this chapter, including hydraulic oil source variable t echnical parameters, model oil taps to the selection, technical parameters Serv o Valve the proportion of the four-way valve and solenoid valve, manual throttl e model selection, select other aspects of the hydraulic motor. The fourth chap ter is part of the electrical control system design, including the selection of servo drive control system, PLC package selection, sensor selection and so on.Chapter V simulated human-computer interface design, and hydraulic systems. Ch apter VI of the established test bench conducted experiments to test various as pects of the experimental programs introduced. Finally, the paper summarizes th e content of the work, the advantages and disadvantages of this proposed resear ch results, and the future direction of improvement to do the analysis.
