Research Into The Application Of WeChat In University/College Libraries In Anhui

With the development of technology, people’s way of life has become more varied, intelligent technology has been integrated into daily life, as one of the main achievements of intelligent technology,smart phone is becoming the social aspects of an important tool. In various mobile social software, micro-channel used in their daily work and life has been very popular, became an important channel for information sharing between man and man, the individual and the organization (group) communication, and micro-channel platform tools such as services more increasingly it has been adopted by a variety of organizations, large to small self-employed public institutions, because its multi-directional communication, convenient, informative, easy to accept the audience and many other advantages, micro-channel public platform makes itself to the user to provide information consultation, data transmission, resource sharing and service-oriented approach to service channels. In college campuses, at all levels of school, hospital and other micro-channel and student counseling services in the past five years have set up their own Wechat, all information dissemination of selected units of mobile phones as a medium for the client to provide teachers and students information services is not a new thing, in which micro-channel platform of the college library is also rapid development, it has become to provide personalized service and communication is an important channel for teachers and students.The author in this paper briefly introduces the features of this new micro-channel social media software, and points out the major channels of the university libraries use micro-channel public platform for information dissemination.Firstly, in this paper, the author of the respective Anhui University Library for the study,in national basis the perspective of a brief introduction of the various regions, micro-channel platform library of Status Quo of various levels and universities, in order to enrich the contents to Library of Tongji University and Tsinghua University Library as an example, a detailed analysis of the status of its micro-channel service platform;Then we will focus on the study of Anhui Province, by constantly updated data (text data from October 2015 to April 2016 statistics), respectively, at different angles:the number of studies in various aspects, features, content, analysis Anhui University Library of micro-channel public platform of services and service models and other key information;Finally we made adjustments and theoretical summary observations for these micro-channel platform of services in existing deficiencies.This paper is divided into six parts, the first chapter briefly summarizes the background and significance of the wording of the relevant literature review; the second chapter focused on research and micro-channel public platform for colleges and universities across the country to make widespread investigation, a brief summary of the current micro-channel platform for the development of college libraries, and Tsinghua University, Tongji University and library micro-channel public platform as the model described in detail, enrich research content; the third chapter in the national college background data, select Anhui Province as the main analysis, with four University Library are exemplified by a representative analysis of the data obtained through the questionnaire as the basis stocktaking micro-channel platform development library is currently the province has opened; in the fourth chapter the author based on the statistical results of the study results, summed up the WeChat province of the Library of University services exist deficiencies; the fifth chapter analyzes the contents of the foregoing reasons put forward countermeasures; article concludes the province part of the University Library combination service WeChat platform, and other colleges and universities in the future for the development of books Hall micro-channel public platform put forward reasonable suggestions to make future prospects.
