Design And Implementation Of Invoicing Management System Based On AOS Platform

Purchasing, selling and inventorying business are involved in the most of logistics, fund and information in ERP system. Therefore, it is quite crucial for enterprise managers to master information of invoicing. In this thesis, the author designed and implemented the invoicing management system, a sub-system of ERP system, is mainly used for dealing with invoicing day-to-day operations. Meanwhile, invoicing management system works as a c orporate information management tool, which is used together with other sub-system. This design is used for small and medium-sized enterprises users with its specific high-quality and utility management system and working platform to achieve overall internal dominate of each enterprise with the core of invoicing so as to simplify the business combination processing through personalized design and service definition.For the specific requests of invoicing management of enterprises, the establishment of invoicing management system is based on AOS platform, which is mainly for completing the process of purchase, sales, return, exchange, inventory and funds and other business functions, and generating a variety of business documents, that can make it more convenient for managers and financial personnel in relevant business field. This thesis presents an application of IK Analyzer in segmented full-text indexing to optimize the efficiency of table query function, which reduce the response time greatly. The thesis introduces the overall process of the system through analysis, design and implement. In this thesis, the author first describes the background of the development of this system and current international situation. Starting from the overall system requirement analysis, the thesis mainly demonstrate the key technology so that to analyze the system requirement. By using the data flow graph, ER diagrams, program flow chart of system functions to summarize and detailed design the system designation process. At last, the test of system functions was completed, sufficing expected result.The design and development of invoicing system is based on B/S mode and with AOS technology platform, then determines the client environment is JAVA and the database management system is SQL Server. Complete interaction through the platform foreground form and background data. When using’note’or’summaries’as key word to search accounts table, IK Analyzer word breaker for a full-text index to increase efficiency. The optimized design of the thesis has already been accomplished its function and performance test so as to meet the real business requests of small and medium-size enterprises, to increase the efficiency of internal and external communication and to reduce procurement costs. To make quick and reasonable business decisions and enhance the overall resilience in accordance with the consequences of relevant statistics and analysis. Therefore, we can promote business development by supportive information system.
