Medical ultrasonic imaging technology has the characteristics of safety, convenience and low cost. It has been widely used in clinical diagnosis. Annular ultrasound plays an important role in disease detection and non-destructive testing, such as breast cancer detection, detection of seamless steel tube, annular ultrasound can collect ultrasonic signal transmitted through the biological tissue in addition to the ultrasonic signal reflected from the biological tissue. In the annular ultrasound imaging system, the performance of the transmitting and receiving parts directly affects the imaging results and quality, Therefore, it is important to design and develop a high performance hardware platform for annular ultrasonic imaging system. On the basis of studying the principle and technology of the annular ultrasonic imaging.The signal emission and acquisition hardware platform of the annular ultrasonic imaging system based on FPGA is designed and completed.(1)The design scheme of the hardware platform transmitting and collecting ultrasonic signal is given,The scheme requires the completion of the work to have the emission of ultrasound signals and complete scanning of biological tissue from different directions, receive ultrasonic signals and protect receiving module, supply power for transmitting module and receiving module and control them.(2)The transmitting module and receiving module of the hardware platform are designed, the transmitting module is composed of a high voltage pulse emission circuit and an array element gating circuit, the core of the receiving module is a AD9278 chip, including two ultrasonic probes, which are used to receive the reflected and transmitted ultrasonic signals.(3)The test of the related modules in the hardware platform is completed, including step motor module, transmission module, isolation protection module, power module and receiving module.Test results show that the step motor module can complete the scanning of biological tissue from different directions, The transmitting module can transmit the ultrasonic signal, isolation protection module can isolate high voltage pulse signal and ultrasonic signal, power module can output accurate voltage, The receiving module can receive the ultrasonic signal.
