Concept lattice which based on formal context is one of the core content of formal concept analysis. Concept lattice describes the relationship between object and attribution essentially, illustrates the relationship of generalization and specialization, thus the construction of concept lattice is the foundation of formal concept analysis.The paper firstly based on the relation matrix of formal context and according to the attribution indicated by relation matrix, introduced the definition of the maximum full matrix and concept matrix, also proved the sufficient and necessary condition. On this basis proposed the concept lattice generation algorithm based on maximum full matrix and demonstrated the algorithm in theory. Finally by means of instance operation, confirmed the effectiveness of the algorithm.Because the relationship between object and attribution often changes when time or place changes, so the paper makes a further research of mutative formal context, introduced the concept of dynamic formal context, discussing the generation method of dynamic formal context concept when the relationship of an attribution and object set changes, considering two situations about whether its extension intersection is empty, The method used the increment construction algorithm and decreasing construction algorithm of the concept lattice, furthermore, based on the classic algorithm proposing the method about how to generate a new formal context concept. Finally on the basis of each algorithm, illustrate the correctness and effectiveness of the algorithm.
