Such as new workplace use mobile terminal is generally a long time; all feel they are not happy respondents is not guaranteed in the "20- 24", "18- 20" and "12- 14" three time all use mobile terminal; the demands of the mobile terminal were more likely to in the flow of interpersonal function, and in practice through the mobile terminal obtain information related to occupation of the respondents far not imagine in; new workplace in the toilet in the process, through the mobile terminal access to information, most let a person feel happiness; but overall, let new workplace well-being is the leisure and entertainment.Secondly, through the case study, it is found that there is a direct relationship between the work time and the nature of the job. The demands of interpersonal communication have not been met, the relationship between the degree of happiness of the respondents are more closely than other demands. Through a case study, once again proved that the network connectivity is far greater than the presence.
