With the maturing of information technology and electronic technology, MDTN is getting more and more attention in the academic field. Through the randomly move to nodes, it implements the transmit of messages. But now more and more intelligent mobile device is carried by humans, so its movements inevitably exist certain social features. Due to the reasons like its intermittent connection, resource limitation characteristics, choosing nodes in transmitting messages mechanism and buffer management algorithm is becoming particularly important.Based on the analysis for the existing routing policy, cache management and social property,in this paper we proposed a Social Based Node Selected scheme (SBNS) and Social Based Buffer Management algorithm (SBBM).The SBNS mechanism mainly reduces the consumption of transmitting messages through removing some extreme nodes, which mainly avoids situations that some messages are transmitted to some special nodes. These special nodes may have higher centrality and its cache area easy to be congested, or have the lower centrality and less function for transmitting a message. The SBBM algorithm mainly retain some messages which have the high possibility of forwarding to the destination, increasing its delivery rate, namely, discarding the messages whose destination nodes cannot belong to this community. As for the above experimental comparison of the proposed algorithm, we implement the proposed algorithms through ONE simulation tools. In order to effectively verify the performance of the algorithm SBNS, we select Infocom05, Infocom06 and Cambridge three datasets in this paper. For the algorithm SBBM, we mainly use Infocom06 dataset compared with the traditional algorithm and apply it to variety routing policies. In the final experiment results, both showed the good performance.
