Design And Implementation Of The Sharing,Communication And Social Mobile Platform For Bibliophiles

In such an era of Mobile Internet, with the popularity of mobile devices and the development of mobile Internet technology, people’s daily life relies more and more on the mobile applications, which not only make people’s life more convenient, but also expand channels of the cultural communication, so that cultural products can be output to the users through the app, meanwhile the content of cultural products is enriched. This article takes mobile reading social applications as main research content, in order to provide a platform for the bibliophiles to exchange and share feelings, which has a certain cultural and commercial significance.The system includes two platforms for mobile applications:iOS and Android, with a backstage management system based on Java Web, which has designed a technical framework with high flexibility, maintainability and extendibility, providing convenience for the later platform development and system maintenance. The author was involved in the following jobs.The first is implementation of the mobile platform which can meet the needs of most smartphone users, allowing the book lovers to communicate with each other at any time. The application includes several modules such as booklist module, activity module and user module and so on. Booklist module is used to exchange feelings of reading and recommend books. In the activity module, users can spontaneously organize and sign up for online or offline activities. Users can also follow someone they are interested in. As a result, they will know more and more friends on the same wavelength, which realize the purpose of making friends by books.Another major achievement is the realization of personalized recommendation algorithm, which is applied to the user module. The application will recommend book lovers with high similarity to users according to the user’s daily operations. The system will calculate and filter relevant content with advanced algorithm and find out the user’s interests and hobbies, so as to improve the quality of information service.The backstage management system based on Browser/Server architecture allows administrator to maintain the system data and modify system settings, including the management and maintenance of booklists, activities, users, books and other modules, and some special functions such as custom push and releasing selected booklists.This project of sharing, communication and social mobile platform is still in the testing phase, but it has met basic demands of the demanders for the first phase of the functional requirements. It has the value of practical application and will go live soon. Its function remains to be improved and extended. In the foreseeable future, the project will be able to establish expanding network of social relation to attract more customers with its unique advantages, and create more profit for enterprises, achieving its commercial value.
