With the development of information technology and the popularization of mobile communication, Internet application extending in the direction of the mobile Internet application, the traditional logistics industry is not enough to meet customer demand for convenient, fast, security, logistics, and mobile applications can completely subvert the traditional business model. However logistics industry, like other traditional industries, and gradually reveal their own shortcomings. Practitioners have limited ability to obtain information. On the one hand, many local delivery due to industry news send not in time, waste a lot of time in return distribution, empty car waiting for goods. This waste for return become the principle problem as fuel and maintenance of the truck costs rising, so the problem that courier worry about is how to reduce the rate of return of empty loading and increase profitability; At the same time, due to the huge amounts of information acquisition at the same time, lead to optimal path of Courier mot good enough, couriers and customers are difficult to achieve the goal of fast and convenient; on the other hand, users also want system can timely and take the initiative to provide information to those courier in nearby, and avoid the defects of time-consuming, small scope of push, push not in time. How to make the logistics supply and demand both sides breakthrough time and space restrictions, easy docking undoubtedly become the thorny problem of logistics industry. In order to improve the operation efficiency of the logistics industry,and make up for the shortage of the traditional logistics industry.So this article proposed products and solutions. The purpose of this article is to design and realize city express system based on Combination Strategy Push Algorithm.This paper designed a set of high reliability, flexibility, reusable technology solutions, according to the LBS (location-based information service) technology, based on the user’s location information, puts forward the implement the combination strategy push algorithm which based on GeoHash, comprehensive map matching algorithm and method for calculating latitude and longitude distance proposed by Google. Design and implement steady and easy to expand city express system faced mobile app. The author independently accomplish or participate in the following five main modules:(1) Uer module:includes user login, register, login information maintenance,account security, and other functions.(2) Order module:includes checking order, cancel the order and confirm the order, delete order, computing freight,evaluate order and so on,it is a high reusable function module,good design can be applied to most of the products.(3) Message module:includes view, delete, remind function, the module is to implement the capacity of the key factors and send a message interaction.(4) Trading module:this module includes binding bank card, withdraw cash, check money of account, coupons(the sender), etc.
