With the rapid development of information technology in the world, the traditional Monocular Video can not meet the needs of people. Compared with the display of Monocular Video of the two-dimensional,people are increasingly asked for the display of the three-dimensional video.With the hot showing of the movie "Afanda",3D film moves into people’s vision, it a lso shows the first foot in the video conference, artificial intelligence, communication fields. At present, the study of the stereo video in the field of two-dimensional stereoscopic video is more than others. The difference between two-dimensional stereo video and monocular video is that the two camera parameters are collected the data which the parameter of the two camera are the same, the amount of data is two times more than the single target video. The huge data is the difficulty in the preservation and the transmission of the two-dimensional stereo video.Now commonly used the method of stereoscopic video coding is based on block coding, object based coding, grid based coding. Based on the encoding method of the grid is widely used because of its high adaptability, small decoding error.The stereo video encoding method based on DT grid is used in this paper, we first use the image parallax of the left and right channel generate DT grid, And the DT grid uses affine transformation mapping to the stereo video image,finally encoding parallax and motion information.The stereo video encoding method based on DT grid can avoid the block effect, make the encoding efficiency is higher and the effect is better.
