Elastic element as the core component of sensor,whether the design of its size is reasonable or not is related to the sensor performance which is good or bad,the traditional design of elastic element is used to mechanics principle and the method combining of the practical experience, the process trival, low efficiency and low accuracy. With the rapid development of computer aided technology, The design of elastic element is also becoming more intelligent. In this paper, based on the ANSYS software to realize the elastic component size optimization design of sensor and improve production efficiency and the accuracy requirement of the weighing. Firstly,Paper analysis the elastic element had a greater influence on the precision of size, size of initial value given on the basis of experience and optimize the space, Secondly,to set up the mechanical model of elastic element, the para-meterized model, the mathematical model as well as to the size of the space to explore, the preparation of analysis by using ANSYS parametric design language files and control files, to calculate the optimal solution. Finally compared before and after the fixed size of elastic element sensitivity, linearity is greatly improved. Result shows that using ANSYS size optimization method of elastic element size optimization, the method is feasible, and this method can be extended to all kinds of elastic element size optimization.The specific research contents are as follows :1). According to the elastic component loading mechanical characteristics, stress analysis was carried out on and set up the sensor elastic element and simplified mechanical model;2). From the elastic element structure change on the influence extent of the objective function analysis, to set up the elastic element parameterized model;3). On the premise of one-to-one correspondence relationship between elastic element input and output, and ensure the elastic element strength requirements on size range, reasonable structure, good linearity requirements under the premise of establishing mathematical model of sensitivity as the objective function;4). The influence of different optimization algorithm on the elastic element analysis, by using ANSYS first-order optimization method to optimize the elastic element size, calculate the optimal solution;5). Before and after the use of ANSYS software to optimize the elastic element linearity analysis, compare elastic element linearity change before and after optimization.
