Nowadays, our society is in the condition of information explosion.Various of info rmation is filled around us. It is significant for our daily life and the work, if we could control and manage the information effectively. For management work, which complicate day by day, the ability to gain information an d data related to management work timely and precisely, has become an important stand ard of management ability. if we could accept and manage the information about perso nnel management of students in colleges and universities effectively, it could contribute a lot to the better scientific research task and better research environment.With the development of database technology and web technology, more and more companies are using web technology to complete the construction of system, such as th e popular electric company, which manage the user data, the data of goods, through the database technology,and the user purchase the goods through the web in different procu rement platform.This paper is to use this technology on management work, and improv e the compatibility, scalability, and efficiency of the system,in order to meet the current personnel management work which is expanding constantly.It could also meet the nee ds of enrich content, complete the update and synchronization of the manage ement data in the management work.For this purpose, we make in-depth research about the personnel management wor k in colleges and universities school, and establish the overall demand of the personnel management system model by summarizing. We also determines the overall demand co ntaining module, the research group module, the team module, the contract and certifica te module, the external and hire of personnel module, users of the system module. On t he basis of overall demand, we completed the overall structural design. This system ado pts B/S structure.for the purpose of convenient development and simple maintenance, we finally chose JEECG frame as a whole frame of the system. we finally completed the whole database design through the analysis of system data.by using the MySQL,we co mpleted the person form, team form, education background form, user account form, fil e query record form, the personnel form of the contract, the paper forms, the certificate f orm, project contract form and subject form.Base on the whole system structure and da tabase design,we completed the user interface, the detailed design of system function and the final development in detail.finally we also complete validation of the system.
