Using java language on code development, java language is a cross-platform and it can support multiple threads of line to meet the needs of system users. In the system interface design, take HTML and css technology to work together, guarantee the system interface available. Database systems use SQL SERVER 2012; it can make sure the security for the data and data storage of the system. The management systems of object supervise and handle for Liao Cheng weather bureau are divided into 3 main functions they are objective management, inspectors supervise management and department user management. In objective management is divided into data management, setup and management for municipal, setup and management for county of 3 functions. Wherein the data management functions include data entry, data reporting, data review and data export four functions; setup and management for municipal include five functions, template settings, the target level settings, permissions settings, query of the default conditions and objectives statistics. The supervision and supervision management including data maintenance, supervision, and to-do list documents management of three functions. The supervision includes supervision management, detailed supervision information, supervision information; set the start time and manual drafting five functions.
