The LTE, which is based on the OFDMA technology and customized by 3GPP organization, is a global general standard, and is composed of both FDD and TDD mode in order to satisfy both paired and unpaired spectrum.The LTE-TDD, which is also named TD-LTE in Chinese and short for Time Division Long Term Evolution, is established by those the top of global company and mobile operator which are included in the organization of 3GPP. There is only slight discrepancy between FDD and TDD modes and the similarity of them is almost 90%. TDD, that is Time Division Duplexing, is one of the duplexing techniques during the mobile communicating technology, correspond to FDD frequency Division duple.The TD-LTE is the TDD version of LTE technology while FDD-LTE is a FDD one. The TD-LTE becomes commercial in China at the end of 2013. As a long-term evolution of TD-SCDMA system, the TD-LTE can not only improve the peak value rate, edge rate and spectrum utilization, but also offer higher speed and rich business for the users to keep the high speed network connections during the mobile mode during the increasing data and business requirements conditions.Therefore, how to construct a better and higher speed TD-LTE wireless network is becoming to a key issue by all the mobile communication practitioners and the network planning and network construction group under the beautiful vision of 4G network.This article starts with the current situation of assigned area, by giving a detail analysis of its wireless network and business developing including the following aspects: user state of GSM and TD-SCDMA respectively charged duration the current situation and development trend of mobile data traffic the current macro and indoor base station status such as scale, the interval and the height. Then to find out the problems of current network, and make the key direction of the network construction. After the business requirements analysis, this article gives out the analysis of the key factors of the TD-LTE wireless network plan and the introduction of the principle and core technology of LTE. A comparison between the work mode of the TD-LTE and FDD-LTE is also considered, to point out the merit and demerit respectively and to provide the theory foundations.The next chapter is mainly discuss how to confirm the corresponding analysis steps of the TD-LTE wireless network plan by combining the TD-LTE character. This article will give out an optimal decision of a TD-LTE wireless network plan by the following steps. First, starting with the network coverage performance analysis, to divide the current GSM and TDSCDMA cells into several levels from large to small by the data traffic. Then to evaluate all the hot regions in each cells by the factors of market competition, business forecasting and coverage scenario respectively. Basing on those analysis, it will confirm the construction priority of each cells, and to achieve the TD-LTE wireless network coverage of all the hot regions steps by steps.Second, it needs the calculations of the coverage radius of the cells in a general city depending on the parameters such as transmitter, receiver and loss of gain margin by the radio broadcasting model path loss equation. After that, the construction plan will be get after the conclusion of the interval distance among all round and orientation station. In the case of the existing TD-LTE station coverage regions, it should find out the weak coverage position by the judgment method of MR RSCPs basing on the measurement report first, then to solve the weak coverage problem according to the different scenarios.Thirdly, the antenna plan will be confirm by the needs of the network construction, scenarios classification and technology practice.Finally, it will give out the analysis and verification the rationality of the plan by the position and the mount of the base station in each regions in the simulation software Atoll.This article will benefit the under middle construction network plan of the TD-LTE.
