With the development of social economic, implementation of the task only relying on human has become more difficult. the role of The computer play an important role in economic management. In recent years, due to the continuous reform of human resources system, the requirement on computerization of human resources information management is also increasing. For China Mobile Sichuan company, how to effectively manage the company’s human resources to maximize the benefits is problem and challenge that are faced by HR manager of mobile company Sichuan branch. Therefore, human resource management has become a top priority for China Mobile Sichuan company management.This thesis introduces the research background, development history and research status of human resources management system, and analyzes the current situation of human resource management in China Mobile Sichuan companies. The advanced J2 EE language based on My Eclipse platform is used to develop the system. Combined the Web services, the B/S(Browser/Server) structure and the MVC(Model View Controller) model, a new human resource management system is developed in this thesis. The China mobile Sichuan company human resources management system combines personnel management and office automation. Author has designed and developed staff management module, recruitment management module, payroll management module, rewards and punishments management module, training management module and system management module. The system can efficiently manage all human resource information within China Mobile Sichuan companies so that relevant personnel can access to a variety of information to staff in the company timely and conveniently. Besides, utilizing SQL Server2005 database, the system can also achieve human resources data query, update, add, delete, and other statistics functions.This new system has new improvements in the existing human resources management system. Some improvement and adjustments has carried out in the entry, edit, and modify, query, and even in terms of statistics and analysis. This new system has comprehensive functions, better compatibility, scalability, and even easier maintenance. The system has won the praise of all colleagues in the human resources management department during the trial period. Author wishes that the formal system can effectively enhance the company’s management and competitiveness.
