Research On The Key Technology Of Portable Intelligent Traffic Violation Vapture System

With the accelerated process of urbanization, the rapid growth of the number of urban population and motor vehicles, making the contradiction between people, cars and roads become more and more serious. The traffic problem is becoming more and more serious, not only destroyed the city traffic order, also due to traffic violations caused by traffic accidents to people’s safety of life and property caused great losses, so the effective management of traffic violations to eliminate the risk of road traffic safety is of very important practical significance.Relevant departments to increase the research and investment of electronic police system.But the current electronic police system due to the limitation of size and power, usually can only be installed in a fixed place or special law enforcement vehicles to monitor within the scope of local traffic violations, vulnerable to the driver avoid painstakingly, make its regulatory scope and effectiveness is limited by a lot.Based on "Internet+traffic management" model, this paper mainly puts forward and implements a portable intelligent traffic peccancy behavior capture system. Its basic principle is to use vehicle traveling data recorder or smart phones as the carrier, the integrated use of intrusion detection technology of front vehicle, intrusion detection technology and vehicle traffic violations intelligence analysis technology to realize the intelligent recognition and vehicle traffic violations in front of the automatic capture. It is suitable for railway large area application deployment, thus to form a good situation for the whole people to participate in traffic management.Firstly, this paper summarizes the current research status of vehicles based on video intrusion detection technology and the development trend, puts forward an integrated candidate identification area calibration and multi feature fusion technology in front of the vehicle in the rapid detection and tracking method. And carried out experiments to verify the effectiveness of the method from the aspects of accuracy and processing efficiency.Secondly, this paper introduces the algorithm of license plate location, license plate character segmentation and character recognition algorithm, puts forward the improved algorithm tilt correction. And the experimental results were analyzed from the aspects of accuracy, processing efficiency, slant adaptability and illumination adaptability.Finally, about the problem of double yellow line violate the geometric profile of vehicle was established with the double yellow line area of dynamic position relations, this paper proposes a suitable for portable car terminal using double yellow line of automatic identification method, and verified by experiments.
