Cloud Computing Applications In Commercial Banks

In recent years, IT technology has been changing rapidly, the update speed is significantly accelerated. Cloud computing as the representative of the new technology is developing rapidly.China’s financial industry with the gradual liberalization of the national policy, industry competition, new business, new product development is rapid, which has a higher demand for the rapid response of the IT sector.Cloud computing and the bank’s integration, for the bank to carry out new business deployment provides a high availability and efficient deployment of the environment. For the continuous strict supervision of the environment, the bank’s social effects continue to highlight, the combination of cloud computing and banking system can provide banks with higher availability and fault tolerance ability of the IT architecture, in order to meet regulatory requirements.The paper focuses on the application of cloud computing in commercial banks. The relevant technology of the cloud computing is analyzed, that is CPU virtualization, memory virtualization, storage virtualization and other technologies. Then the actual installation of private cloud computing platform and typical technology in the bank are discussed. In the end, cloud computing advantages and development direction are discussed.
