People dream to have a universal information database since 1940s.In this database, information are not only be accessed by people around the world, but also can easily interlink other messages from somewhere else hence the user obtains the important information conveniently. Internet satisfies people’s needs of the message in its coverall and abundant information content. However, the network congestion extremely visualized following the information wasting and information overload produced by the huge amount of the messages on the web today.In 2000, the father of the World Wide Web (World Wide Web), T.Berners-Lee, had been put forward the conceive of Semantic Web(Semantic Web)to solve the subsistent problems in the network, which introduces the ontology(Ontology) of philosophy into the field of computer. As the core technology of the Semantic Web, ontology has a semanteme description of the network resources and provides the readability of information resources for the computer. The semantic web is far from a brand new conception of the network. It is the extension and continuation of the web today.User preferences are not taken into account in present web page, while the web display all the defined website information to the user, so it is difficult to get the information in quick for the user. In order to make the web page further reflect the user’s individual character, we did some research based on the related theory of the semantic web as follows:1.The research of the semantic essentiality which is the study of the mutual representability between concepts.2. Introducing the mutual representability and the fuzziness into the existing ontology theory, proposing the concept of fuzzy ontology based on mutual representability and describing the concept with FRDF.3.Web information and user preferences are constructed as the fuzzy ontology and the personalized web page information will be formed by means of getting the intersection of the two ontologies.4. Design the algorithm of solving the intersection of the two ontologies.We apply the above research results to the design of the personalized web system, use FOWL to establish the user interesting model of fuzzy ontology based on mutual representation and the network ontology and develop a personalized web page prototype system.
