As an intelligent wireless communication technology, Cognitive radio can share spectrum resource between secondary users and primary users, and eases the contradiction between resources and needs by improving spectrum utilization. With the evolution of digital television, TV spectrum released amount of unused spectrum called TVWS(television white space). Europe and some other areas have adjusted the rules of using TVWS, IEEE and other international standardizing organizations released variety of communication standards operating on TVWS based on cognitive radio. Coexistence in TVWS of heterogeneous cognitive radio networks based on different communication standards is inevitable. However, due to the difference of requirements and PHY/MAC strategies of heterogeneous network, multi-cognitive radio networks in overlay coverage accessing the same TV white space disorderly will cause interference to each other. Optimization of resource management and configuration is the key to coordinate coexistence networks operation and utilize TVWS efficiently. This work focuses on the coordination of resource management and configuration among heterogeneous multi-cognitive radio networks, uses game theory and optimization techniques to design the framework of resource management and configuration.1)This thesis introduces the scope and objective, system requirement, entities and interfaces defined in system architecture of IEEE 802.19.1 standard; Elaborates the application scenarios of IEEE 802.19.1 technical specification, and coexistent coordination mechanisms based on different coexistent system architectures; Analyzes the principles and characteristics of typical spectrum resource allocation technologies, such as game theory, auction model, and interference temperature.2)It also investigates heterogeneous multi-cognitive radio networks resource management and configuration framework based on spectrum transaction model; Elaborates on the spectrum transaction model based on TVWS spectrum broker and the non-cooperative game model of heterogeneous multi-cognitive radio networks based on the spectrum transaction model; analyzes the non-cooperative spectrum pricing game of coexistent heterogeneous cognitive radio networks and the Nash equilibrium; The simulation shows the existence and uniqueness of Nash equilibrium, the performance of coexistent heterogeneous cognitive radio networks at Nash equilibrium strategy, verifies and evaluates the rationality and effectiveness of the resource management and configuration framework.3)Based on centralized coexistent system architecture and coordinative coexistent system architecture based on IEEE 802.19.1 standard and convex optimization theory, a centralized spectrum allocation mechanism and a distributed spectrum allocation mechanism are given respectively; It introduces cost mechanism into the spectrum allocation mechanism based on convex optimization theory; The process of the optimized spectrum allocation algorithm are analyzed; The simulation tests the spectrum allocation results based on different number of users of coexistent heterogeneous cognitive radio networks showing the effectiveness of the given spectrum allocation mechanisms in the coexistent scenarios of heterogeneous multi-cognitive radio networks.
