In the competition of the new media and traditional media is more and more fierce, the development of children’s education channel of Hebei TV station as one of the traditional media to the initiative to deal with the changes of the external environment, give full play to their own advantages, the choice of business strategy in order to seek a better channel is the main content of this thesis.This paper mainly used literature analysis and interdisciplinary research methods such as analysis, according to the television industry "double sales" characteristics, starting from the two aspects of children’s education channel of Hebei TV station TV content production and marketing and advertising, the use of PEST analysis, Potter’s five forces model, IFE analysis, EFE analysis, strategy analysis tools such as SWOT matrix, in-depth analysis Hebei children’s channel, the internal and external environment, its own advantages and disadvantages, facing the opportunities and challenges of content.According to the above analysis, this paper obtains the Hebei children’s education channel of the future should adopt the WO strategy, which make up the disadvantages, seize the opportunity of the strategy, implementation of basic competition strategy of TV advertising content integration business portfolio strategy and programs, advertising differences in the conclusions, and put forward strategy implementation needs to construct the data information system, content and innovation of human resources management methods etc..
