With the rapid development of satellite communications, communication system, flat parabolic surface antennas is widely used.It is based on frequency selective surfaces of filter characteristics,by resonance unit of phase adjustment mechanism, can be achieved the large caliber versatile planar antenna. This paper intends to use finite-difference time-domain, research unit type and unit arrangement for flat parabolic surface antennas influence, thus optimizing the flat parabolic surface antennas design, provide theoretical support for the practical application of flat parabolic surface antennas. By finite-difference time domain, research flashlight type array element and U-T type array element for flat parabolic surface antennas influence. As this antenna has good generalized performance,it will have a good outlook.
