With the improvement of quality in our life, healthy problems have become a focus area in mordern society. Currently, in the field of medical research, the development of medical visualization tools has become a relatively overlooked and weak link. Traditional medical visualization tools are often used as medical facilities to diagnosis diseases via simple 2D(two dimension) pictures. For diverse and complex organizational structures of biological tissues and organs, traditional medical visualization tools have unable to meet the current demand.The situation puts forward new demands to us for developing better 3D/4D medical visualization platform.This paper structures around cardiac electrophysiology visualization platform for design and exploitation of related visualization algorithm and HCI functions.Specific algorithm research includes optical fields, drawing method fields, and multi-modal visualization fields. In the field of the optical properties, the assignment policy for color and opacity properties is realized based on the principle of improtance. Among them, this paper focuses on the distribution of the color properties, propose the target function based on HSV color space and realize the best allocation strategy in Munsell color space based on test data points. Futher, this paper realizes opacity properties allocation of importance sequence based on color property allocation. In the field of drawing method, the direct volume rending based on DVR and MIP, two-level volume rending based on the above combination methods are realized. In the field of multi-model visualization, based on data traffic voxels, this paper realizes data property and optical properties fusion based on different modals.In addition to algorithm research, in the development of related models, this paper uses the principle of high cohesion and low coupling to realize each model using the technology of template inheritance. The method has proofed greatly reducing the redundancy and relevance of the codes.In the end, this paper designs and finishes each functional details based on the theory of human-computer interaction in our cardiac electrophysiology visualization platform and use sheep atrium of data as the visualization test data to verify the correction of the functions and algorithms to cardiac electrophysiology visualization platform. Customers can operate it in a more convenient and safest way.
