The large-scale application of lighting street lamps makes the energy problem increasingly serious. Solar street lamps has drawn much attention due to its advantages of energy saving, and quickly put into market application. Solar street light charge and discharge constantly, the life of it becomes short.The fault is hard to find in time. Street lamp of intelligent monitoring becomes more and more important.With the development of technology, the practical application base on Internet of things, this brought to the attention of the society. The use of the Internet of things technology opens the way for the device intelligent,remote measurement and control. The intelligent solar street light system based on Internet of things technology, implements the wireless, remote data transmission, and has higher application value.The terminal node equipment design by CC2530 chip is the core of the entire network equipment unit. Terminal node sensor module collects voltage, current parameter information of solar panels. Data transmits to the gateway by Zig Bee wireless communication network. Nodes organize network by self, the distance of transmission about one kilometer. Gateway fuses and analyzes the received data. It uploads measured data to PC by Wi Fi wireless communications networks. PC terminal develop platform with Niagara software, which design a clear and intuitive man-machine interface. The user terminal monitor data real-time which obtain from terminal node, according to the parameters judge the running state of the system and control the system. In practical application, we can add a variety of sensors by personal need to monitor street lamp system in an all-round way. Finally, we test the system performance. The node can upload data successfully, and observe data via a PC interface. Panels generate power and battery storage power, which meet the needs of the lights. The next few years, solar street lamps intelligent monitoring system will put into practical application in large-scale.
