The Research And Application Of The Domestic Office Integrated Component

The Microsoft Office applications on X86/Windows platform have been widely used in the government, military, enterprises, institutions, and etc. for now. However, those applications have several drawbacks such as imperfect security aspects, no perfectly adapting with information system requirements in some fields, especially not compatible with the national standard of electronic documents. Recently, with the promoting of the national strategy on domestic software as Autonomous Controllable and Security Reliable, as well as the developing of integrated official information systems applied among government, military, industries and etc., the integrated information systems has been advanced progressively based on the domestic software and hardware platform. Besides, the replacements with the domestic software and hardware have also been gradually putting forward. Considering the National Information Security, the information system need to be rebuilt with domestic software and hardware which is controllable and reliable. Under this condition, it requires domestic office software and its integrated component can support the domestic hardware platform and operating system, especially can support the integration of the domestic OA systems with other information systems.In light of above, the goal of this paper is to shed light on the research of the technologies related to the domestic Office software integrated component as well as improving its performance. The key research is the secondary development technology and the interactive technology with domestic Office. The advanced and flexible Office integrated components have also been designed and developed. Through the middleware bridge, reflection, information transfer technologies, the new integrated component middleware appeared more flexible and efficient. Such a new integrated component middleware also realized the capability of two-way interaction between the Office functions and the application workflow of the OA systems. By utilizing the object-oriented technology, the integrated component bus technology and the FCM design method improved from MVC, the structured and standardized interfaces of the integrated component have been designed and packaged together. Thus systematic and standardized requirements of the domestic Office integrated component interface has been metAccording to the third party testing, it is shown that the redesigned integrated component has fully met the requirements of integrated applications with domestic OA systems on functionality and standardizations. Besides, several technical solutions of optimizing the Office integrated components performance were also proposed.
