From the global development of network technology, wireless networking is an important development trend. In meteorological department, create a real-time meteorological wireless web site what can overcome the limitations of space communication media.According to the department of the actual needs and situation, we research and design a system of real time meteorological data.This system can stable operation in Visual Studio development environment, updated in a timely manner.The system generate webpage with simple form but varied contents.It always timing to produce CSS+Xhtml standard format webpage, and transmitted to the Chaozhou meteorological wireless web site `s server. The main contents are as follows:(1) In this thesis, analysis of the development method, comparison of different development model and its characteristics. We discussed how to build a B/S model of wireless web site. The real time meteorological data information system will support the wireless web site of Chaozhou Meteorological Bureau.(2) In this thesis, analyzed some problems existing in the traditional meteorological vocational work. Thus we proposed a wireless Internet as the basis, the way combined XHTML+CSS, Visual Studio, SQL Server 2005 to develop the real time meteorological data information system. In order to realize wireless web site can update timely, accurately, efficiently.(3) We discussed the structure of the system and using process. And we explain how to design system framework and deployment this system.(4) How to handle meteorological data with GIS technology. The main function modules in the system: the live information of temperature, wind, rain, radar, satellite, fault alarm, weather forecast etc. We analyze how to design of these modules and related algorithms.This thesis is a new attempt to the meteorological department specialized meteorological service on wireless Internet. We try to use the new transmission media for expanding of meteorological service field. It will develop meteorological services.And also it can produce huge social benefits to society of disaster prevention and mitigation. It is the route one must take for human to adapt the modern life.
