Anomaly Detection Technology Research In The Medical Information Management System

Hospital informationization is an important way to improve hospital management efficiency. In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology, computer information technology is widely used in the medical field. But now, in many small and medium sized hospitals, the degree of information is still not perfect, the manual is still the main way to maintain the normal operation of the hospital business. And because the imperfections of the hospital informationization level and inadequate information analysis and other reasons, a variety of irregularities and fraud in hospitals have also occurred. Therefore, how to establish a comprehensive hospital information systems, and can effectively prevent the occurrence of violations of fraud, has become more and more important in contemporary hospital informationization construction.The main research work of the article is as follows:Firstly, in this paper, we analyze the architecture of hospital information system, learn all aspects of the work of the hospital’s internal business processes in detail, and develop of a comprehensive hospital information system based on a medium-sized hospital. It can manage the outpatient, inpatient, electronic medical records and pharmacy of the hospital. Also, it can achieve hospital’s paperless office and greatly improve the degree of informationization of the hospital.Secondly, for the hospital information system, we will monitor its vulnerablity index data possibility n the medication, checking and charges, establish kinds of illegal screening model, select appropriate data mining algorithms to detect its possible abnormal behavior and improve the audit supervision and efficiency.Thirdly, we will apply the abnormal fraud detection analysis to hospital information systems, thus we can provide decision support for the hospital and effectively avoid irregularities and fraud.
