Information Resource Sharing System Design And Implementation Of Cheng Du Library

Library Information Age is not limited to traditional paper books services, but focus on the development of digital libraries, collect and store all kinds of digital information resources. On the one hand, libraries are constantly increasing daily capacity of digital information resources; hand, digital information resources, but also by its purchase of licensing restrictions to protect intellectual property and digital resource providers, and can only be used inside the library, can not be accessed via the Internet. This greatly limits the spread of digital information resources, improve the user access to information resources of time and energy costs. Therefore, the establishment of an effective digital information resources sharing model, so that all users of the library are free, and easy access to the museum outside the network of digital information resources, is the subject of the problem to be solved.This paper presents a study and can only guarantee access to digital information resources can be purchased by libraries anywhere via the Internet under the premise of legitimate users in the library information resources provider license and authorization, without affecting the library network system security and internal office solutions that maximize the sharing of digital information resources.Design and implementation of this project in Chengdu library information resources sharing system, which is based Remote Access Service RAS(Remote Access Service) of digital information resources sharing system, using Squid proxy technology, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005 databases to achieve Library Chengdu legitimate users to access internal digital library information resources via the Internet anytime, anywhere. Meanwhile according to different administrators and users to achieve system login authentication, user information management, user bulletin, the user message reply functions, thus solving the problem of library information resource sharing.The realization of this project, which greatly increases the efficiency of digital library information resources, information networks to adapt to the trend of development, so that libraries can effectively use digital resources to each of its purchase of the user authorization, thereby also addressing the information interests of resource providers and copyright issues. The deeper significance of the library to authorized users at home and even abroad through the Internet to access the library ’s digital resources, to extend the range of information resources sharing, and thus technically solve the user in finding, using existing geographic information real time, energy and other asymmetries.
