In addition to armed forces, live firing now has been widely practiced in militia training, police training and shooting sports centers. The counting in traditional live firing is made by manpower, and it has some disadvantages such as big errors, security risks and low efficiency. While the electronic and analog counting systems used in some western countries are difficult to be adopted in China for their high cost and complexity. This thesis takes a militia shooting training center construction project as the research object, the computer software and hardware technology advanced and mature as the main means of scoring system, aiming at analyzing problems and deficiencies in the existing counting system. Image acquisition and recognition techniques are used to find the real bullet points in the target images, algorithm for determining loop digital bomb point, and thus constructing an automatic image processing technology based on the target management platform. This thesis selects J2 EE standard system as a basis for development and application technology, using B/S and C/S frame, and attempts to realize the construction of automatic target reporting platform through SQL Server 2008 database. The main functions of the system are: automatic target reporting management, target management, terminal management, communication management coach terminal control, target case management, image recognition device management. Automatic target reporting management platform is believed to result in high precision, low cost, and high adaptability. The construction of the platform can transform traditional training methods, and greatly improve training efficiency and training level.
