Design And Implementation Of Detection System For Surface Of Instant Noodles Packagin

The transform server of HDTV and SDTV is to deal with HDTV and SDTV multicast problem.It is a system that contains functions of the collection,the management and the output of programs.In this dissertation,the requirement of each module of the whole server will be analyzed,then a detailed design for the function of each module will be devised,major tasks of the paper are as follows:1.Collection of programs:based on ASI cards to fulfill the function of program-collecting,which includes the collection of HDTV and SDTV programs.At the same time,the paper design and complete the recorded interrupt processing and rate control.2.Multiplexing and Demultiplexing of programs:Demultiplexing is to compelete the transformation from MPTS demultiplexing to SPTS and from signal program to audio Elementary Stream and Video Elementary Stream.Multipexing module compelete the opposite function.3.Upper & lower transformation of video:It is the core of the whole server,this module focus on the upper-transformation from SDTV to HDTV and the lowertransformation from HDTV to SDTV.The transformation involves siginal frame video image scaling.In order to make sure the quallity of video,image edge detection technology is introduced in the process of video image scaling,and propose the following innovations:firstly,this paper propose the double threshold adaptive algorithm to overcome the defection of artficial setting,and improve the effect;secondly,the color fusion algorithms is presented in the process of siginal frame RGB video image so as to shorten the time of edge detection.In addition,in the amplifying section of the video image,the maximun edge gradient optimization interpolation algorithm is proposed the following improventment:firstly,expand the inner center that within the filed of P to5 ? 5,outside center is enpanded to 7 ? 7 so as to obtain more accurate results of correction;secondly,not only correct perpendicular of the adjacent to the edge,but also to all adjacent edge pixels so as to make sure the results more accurate correction;thirdly,as for the modified method,the hyperbolic tangent function is introduced to correct the inner pixels with the continuity of function.In the narrow part of of video image,this paper propose data fusion algorithm of six direction to make sure that data fusion resultsmore accurate,and overcome the data fusion algorithm of two direction that can not zoom problem.4.Output of the programs:The output of programs is based on ASI board.After verification,the transform server of HDTV and SDTV can completely meet the design requirement,it can be extended to the current applications that HDTV and SDTV simulcast.
