The Design And Research On The Complex Adaptive System Of Institute Of Measurement And Testing

The development of information technology has brought about new opportunities and challenges to metrology management. Making full use of information technology helps to improve the efficiency of metrology management. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to research on the support of information technology to promote metrology management information process, design and develop the corresponding metrology management information system. The main work of this thesis includes:(1)design the integrated metrology management information systemThe system devises according to the existing office condition and management system requirement of Jiangxi Institute of Metrology and Testing which contains the mutual communication and management of several technology sections and their upper and lower, the transmission, preservation and looking up of the quality management system document, official document and technical data, the arrangement and distribution of personnel and vehicles. It takes account of the demand of business, equipment, certificate and standard in the metrology management. The staff can quickly, easily share the information, efficiently work together through this system. It provides the scientific basis for the management and policy decision of organization which can change the past complicated, inefficient manual office procedures and realize the rapid and comprehensive Information acquisition and processing.(2)achieve the comprehensive metrology management functionThe research conducts preliminary application development and practical exploration to system mainly from the aspects of the overall planning and construction thinking, the design of software system and the summary of related technologies, the whole project scheme and the realization of correlative skill, the selection and designing of database platform, security and reliability.The test results indicate that the integrated metrology management information system in this article can meet the needs of metrology management information construction which not only improve the working efficiency of metrology management but also save the cost of management. So it has a very good practical and popular value.
