Design And Implementation For Banking Reservation Management System Based On Mobile Phone Platform

As the main industry of financial markets, bank has played an important role, and in recent years, it has been considerable development, not only state-owned banks, other types of banks having also expand their business, which forming a highly competitive situation. In the background of vigorous development of market economy, the business volume of banking institutions is growing, and user groups are becaming larger and larger. Meanwhile, with the rise of various commercial banks, China’s banking industry is facing increasing competition and pressure. How to improve business processing capabilities has becoming a major problem faced by the bank policymakers.Shenyang Agriculture and Commerce Bank’s staff is expanding and working pressure is also increasing.Due to fewer operating room, often appears the situation of a lot of business for the queuing, showing significant heterogeneity in the number of business processing on time, which wast the customer’s time and a lot of manpower and material resources. So it is necessary to develop an information management system with a reservation function.In this thesis, we design and implement a designed and implemented banking reservation management system based mobile phone platform. Mainly base on the management business of Shenyang Agriculture and Commerce Bank, and takes my works as a starting. It provides an effective solution to the banking problems existing in the process of handling and convenient services for customers. Mainly including following tasks:First, design and implementation a front Reservation Management System client system, including a business appointment, schedule management, personal information management and other core functions, design and implementation of the system based on the Android mobile platform.Second, design and implementation a banking background reservation management system, including the appointment management, scheduling and other core business functions, implementation of the system based on ASP.NET technology.In this thesis, the development of the system, including system analysis, system design, system implementation and system testing process, the client in the foreground, the Android platform is designed to send data requests to complete the operation of the remote database to a remote server via HTTP protocol.System finally passed the test, in line with user needs, and have meet the expectations of the development goals and can be put into practical use.
