The Design And Implementation Of Corporate Media Resource Management System Based On Web

Continuously deepen informatization development, enterprises accumulate a large number of multimedia data in the process of production and operation.The data for the formation of corporate culture and business development has an important role. With such a huge and complex multimedia data, enterprises are difficult to effective management and efficient use of multimedia data. Most of the enterprises urgently need to fit out a set of automated media resource management system to improve the management level of multimedia data. The system is helpful to better use and mining the value of these multimedia data.In the article, the author studied and related literature and archives management theory about media resources management.On this basis, summed up the four stages of media resources management,which are material gather and upload, catalog and indexing, review and archive resources, Retrievalrelease and download. According to the characteristics of the automatic management of digital media, the author analyzed the feasibility of applying the technology of metadata and XML in the media resources management system. On the basis of the research about the theory and technology, in software engineering development process guidance, integration "jQuery + Structs + Spring + Hibernate, jSSH" system development framework, based on the classic MVC development pattern, designed and developmented the enterprise media resource management system(EMRMS).This article elaborated the processes of designing and developping EMRES, demand analysis, system design, system implementation and system test. Conclusion the content of this article, the following results were obtained. First, the autor organized the management process and specifications about MRMS. Second, make the research of the metadata technology applying to media resources management. To develop a media resource metadata data tables. The Implementation process of the media resources database storage management is explained in this paper. Third, XML technology suited to deal with heterogeneous file information. Combined with the superiority, Indexing cataloging program is formulated for EMRMS. Fourth, according to the enterprise’s organization structure, and the importance of the media resources, constitute a system of user roles of EMRMS, Consists of three levels of the permissions of using media resources, on the basis of post responsibility set, setting up the system administrator, resource administrators and auditors. Fifth, on the Eclipse development platform integrating jSSH framework, developping of the EMRMS, implementation of main functions: system management, material collection and upload, cataloguing and indexing, resources of the audit and archiving, retrieval and download.After the test, EMRNS meet the design requirements, had the ability to deploy applications to the enterprise local area network(LAN) the actual test. Users through the use of EMRMS, improve the working efficiency.Media resource utilization effectively improved.
