In the banking sector, there are more and more demands for IT, for example, strengthen financial security and the efficiency of risk management, relieve stress on the counter, innovate the transaction processing to be more centralized, move the bank transaction processing to the background system. In order to accommodate all these requirements, the concentrated carry-back clearing processing system of bank bills, using the image of bill in the image platform, automatically recover the image of bill that some workers entering and review the part of it at the same time, and batch process business, after the automatic stamp-check and slicing the bill. In the entire flow of transaction processing, the background service processing center completes the entry of all business data and the accounting treatment, which can reduce the operation risk, enhanced monitoring, simplify the operation of bank branch, save the human cost.Through the analysis of the present situation of the bill put back business in a bank, this thesis gets all aspects of the internal demand for the bill concentrated carry-back clearing processing system, and describe the requirement analysis and design process, using the object-oriented method. In the part of requirement analysis, the thesis elaborates the major functions that the system needs to implement, through the interface of use cases, requirements specification, business process show.etc. Design targets and principles of the system are given in the system design phase, it also describes the detailed design of the main system modules of bill information import, automatic process, artificial audit, auxiliary treatment, bill inquiry and statistics, day end processing, and the structure design of the system database tables. In the implementation phase, the thesis introduces the configuration of the system development environment and software/hardware environment, the specific functions that the system implements, demonstrates the implementation codes of some system functions. In the development process of the system, this thesis solved the following problems: the requirement analysis and system design based on the bill concentrated carry-back clearing processing requirement of a bank, design and optimization of database objects, object oriented technology, the application and optimization of OSGI framework in the project development process.The system test results show that: the system’s running results are correct, it completes the frequently used functions of the bill concentrated carry-back clearing processing system, implements the cooperation interface for the other enterprise information system. This system reached its design goals and requirements that can provide better concentrated clearing processing service for the enterprise.
