The development trend of mobile internet is integrated with the Internet. In the business perspective, the mobile network and traditional network develop consistently in content and application experience trend. However, the product promotion speed is faster than the traditional internet. Under the promotion of rapid development of mobile internet, more and more mobile communication users will become the mobile internet users, which will also promote the growth of mobile data flow. The number of the user data statistics shows that the mobile internet users have already far surpassed that of fixed broadband users, and high-speed wireless data access technology blows out in the demands in business perspective. As the mainstream 4G technology, TD-LTE inherits and develops the unique feature and technological advantage of TD-SCDMA, realizes the integrated development with FDD LTE, integrates the numerous advanced technologies applicable for the broadband mobile communication and transmission, realizes the great promotion of system capacity and user experience, and has already become the only global standard of future TDD technological development.To meet the demand of launching large-scale construction of TD-LTE network, a large-scale construction of TD-LTE experimental network is carried out by combining the TD-LTE pilot design in Chunxi Road district of Chengdu in this thesis. This thesis will focus on the following three topics..1. The discussion of The TD-LTE engineering design.The theoretical basis of TD-LTE large-scale pilot construction in Chengdu is introduced from such aspects as the introduction to propagation model, link budget study in different conditions, coverage planning, capacity planning, TD-LTE system capacity, etc. Meanwhile, related problems in the neighborhood planning are introduced by targeting at the neighborhood interferences in the engineering construction process.2. Engineering design and network planning simulation. By combining the TD-LTE pilot construction in Chunxi Road District of Chengdu, studies have been conducted with the index analysis method, present network analysis points, present network simulation, pre-simulation planning, as well as the district planning, etc. in which, simulation is the key of design, and the comprehensive analysis of propagation model, link budget, coverage planning and capacity planning is a significant guarantee of determining the quality of engineering design. in addition, the thought of coordinated development with the present network is highlighted in the planning. As the supplementary means of the present network coverage in projects, TD-LTE not only takes advantage of the integrated development of present network resources, but also reflects the principle of benefit first in the engineering design.3. Study on different networks fusion. TD-LTE large-scale construction is not merely the construction of new data communication network, and more importantly, it lies in the integrated cooperation of present network. With the constant evolution of TD-LTE, the integration will gradually become the focus. In this paper, TD-LTE heterogeneous network and collaborative network is studied in a separate chapter, and the integration plans in different sites are proposed from the theoretical ad practical perspective.
