We are also committed to DCT technology research, DCT control system software is the core of DCT research and it determines the vehicle’s power performance, fuel economy, comfort and so on. HANGZHOU ADVANCE GEARBOX GROUP CO.LTD is focus manual transmission production, it is necessary to carry out control system software design and test research to realize DCT transmission industrialization, in order to develop with independent property rights of DCT control system and master the core technology to drive the further development of domestic automobile industry. On the basis of the research of the current situation of DCT technology at home and abroad, combined the technology of HANGZHOU ADVANCE GEARBOX GROUP CO.LTD developed the dual clutch automatic transmission system based on HCS12 chip software.In order to satisfy the Chery A520 sedan functional requirement, and can complete vehicles matching criteria, this system chooses HCS12 family 16-bit single chip microcomputer MC9S12DP512 to design and implementation of the dual clutch automatic transmission control system software. Freescale series chips have broad prospects to promote our research on the control system of DCT. For developing new type of automatic transmission and the promotion of hybrid vehicle drive technology research has practical value, but also has theoretical significance, Rapidly developed high-performance DCT is China’s automobile industry, the transmission enterprise convenient way of rapid development, but also to break the foreign multinational technology blockade and the only effective way to market monopoly.
