| In 1994, the central committee of the communist party of China, issued the implementation summary of patriotism education,which proposed constructed patriotism education bases in this law. Archives responded of the policy, and the National Bureau of Archives proposed that Archives should construct the patriotic education base" in 1997. In 2004, the CPC Central Committee and State Council’s required archives patriotism education bases play an important role in strengthening and improving the ideological and moral construction.Firstly,the paper makes a comprehensive description to the provincial national archives patriotism education bases’ meaning,content.Secondly, analyze the problems of archives patriotism education bases and the reasons. Then putting forward the propose measures to solve these problems. Archives patriotism education base only change ideas, constantly improve the construction of the base, continue to improve the service level of the base, and win the support of the community. I believe that in the near future, archives patriotism education bases play a significant role in the socialist spiritual civilization situation. |
