Effective analysis of material management system of the mainstream in the world today, the standard functions of the system are optimized, combined with the Huadian Group practical management and business needs, through consultation, design,process development, the implementation of the whole group of master data base information(material code, standardized management, supplier information) to establish the whole process of covering Huadian material requirement plan, group, procurement,order contract, inventory management, materials management, development plan of centralized purchasing, joint reserve and other functional requirements, to provide accurate, real-time and auxiliary decision information for the whole of the group company, improve the level of management and decision.The research process of this subject firstly through the thorough analysis to the demand of the system, then the use of unified modeling technology of object-oriented analysis to the system, separately from the use case diagram, activity diagram and sequence diagram of figure to the demand of the system are described; and then the system for object oriented design, using the network structure, system architecture,system deployment, system function module and software and so on Design of the system description; secondly, in the implementation phase of the system using the C#language, using ASP.NET MVC for system design oriented program design based on image, using Entity Framework to operation SQL SERVER database, the system of service oriented architecture based on the way in the whole deployment system; finally the main function through the set up test cases using black box testing way of the system are tested in the test process of the system.
