At the scene investigation of public security organ becomes more informational zed progressively while the informalization of public security organ is in developing. Conventional investigation depends more on responsibility of the inspector at the scene with low efficiency and difficulty on information sharing. Conventional investigation with thesis and handwork can not adapt the requirement of investigation at the scene nowadays while the crime becomes mobile and technological. Therefore, a new system of scientific management and sharing of investigation at the scene is required to improve the efficiency and reduce crime by public security organ.This thesis analyzes the critical requirement of the system of analysis and comparison of investigation at the scene. Based on J2 EE architecture and MVC model, use of object-oriented development methodology, visual modeling tools, analyze and design the system; Using Servlet and JSP technology and JBoss4.0, Oracle, realized the synthesis integrated management of investigation at the scene.The work of this thesis is as follows:(1) Analyze the background and significance of investigation at the scene development, research investigation management system status and existing problems at home and abroad. Make a detailed analysis framework based on J2 EE and MVC architecture used in the system.(2) Use object oriented technology, Unified Modeling Language(UML) and visual modeling tool Rational Rose. The system contains system maintenance model, information acquisition model, material generation model, material evidence management model, inspection model, merger case model, information inquiry model and statistics management model. The requirement of all the models is analyzed in detail.(3) Critical workflow of the system is designed as well as design of system function modeling analysis is implemented.(4) The system is implemented and then the performance of the critical function model and the whole system is analyzed in detail.(5) Summarizes the thesis on the basic of the testing results and pointed out some problems to be resolved; plans the work to do at the next step..
