In the process of the rapid growth of the Internet, VoIP business also has a great success in the 21 st century. VoIP provide more and better services with cheaper price than traditional telecom business. Many Internet companies such as Tencent had been using VoIP technology to provide OTT VoIP services,pushed VoIP to more people, more extensive field.Chengdu MCC is responsible for the market development and network construction in the region. Through the development of broadband and leased line services in recent years, the VoIP traffic fastly increased. In recent years, the state has put forward higher requirements for telecom network security and information security of citizens, Chengdu MCC also must strengthen to the mobile network VoIP business analysis and management skills. With the coming of 4G era, on the platform of IMS VoLTE deployment has become established the direction of development of China Mobile, also need to advance to the future VoLTE business analysis management reserve experience.Based on the above reasons, Chengdu MCC set up a specialized team to research and develop a VoIP business analysis system with simple architecture and function to adapted to the production requirements. The core functions of this system is detecting and analysis the VoIP business, providing data support for the enterprise income analysis and forecasting, customer information analyses, VoIP business management.In this thesis, the development of VoIP business analysis system has carried on the comprehensive analysis, make full use of the software engineering theory, project management, requirement analysis, system design, system implementation, system testing and so on each link to conduct a comprehensive control. Expounds the system’s overall framework, function module design, data structure, database design, interface design, safety design, and interface design, etc. Comprehensive summary of Chengdu Mobile VoIP business analysis system development achievements and shortcomings, and the subsequent perfect solution were discussed.This thesis researched VoIP busines’ s inspecting, controling and information statistics technology based on H. 323 and SIP, completed the design and development of the system using the ORACLE database system. System implemented core functions such as the management and statistics of H. 323 and SIP VoIP business, and designed the system interface with other software and Web client based on Microsoft Internet Information Server.
