The main characteristics of residential property management are complex, diverse, and tedious works on fee collection and material management. At present, many residents are having higher demands for residential property management. Therefore, due to the great development in Internet Technology, the old manual bookkeeping methods does not apply in residential estate property management in both city &urban areas. It is necessary to using a designed and systematic software system to make the work more efficient and accurate. Moreover, the software system also benefit for the standard management and operation of residential Property Management Company. For instance, to provide high-quality services, to strengthen management in fee collecting and save labor & material cost. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an efficient residential property management system software.The main purpose of Yansha courtyard estate residential property management system is to achieve security and efficient fee collecting and recording management, implement the company’s daily operation matters such as material procurement, approval, storage and other aspects of the transaction management.According to the development rules of software engineering, this system uses life cycle structure development theory. The basic idea of it is analyzing and designing life cycle period including five stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation and operation by systematic idea and system engineering methods, based on the principle of supremacy of users, structured and modularized. The system is established on ASP.net which is based on the common language of the program with strong adaptability can make different kinds of message mechanisms and data processing interface gathering into the Web ASP.net. To use SQLserver2005 database, which provide a higher integration level developing environment, a better exacting mechanism and a safer system in order to protect the data and interests for both owners and clients. The system can storage multiple types data with functions of searching, checking, synchronizing, report and so on. By using of B/S structure to realize software application, the biggest advantage is the simple operation and maintenance that different people can access to this database from different places, with different access methods(such as LAN, WAN, Internet/Intranet).This system is a set of property management development program and the target is property management operators. it aims at applications in both fee collecting subsystem and material &property management subsystems. This system has some referential meanings for information Internet Technology in the residential property management, and also provides a initial operating scheme in project managing or system developing for the others similar estates.
