Along with the rapid development of wireless mobile communication technology, reliable and efficient mobile communication becomes more and more significant to human beings. Limited spectrum resources, energy resources place restrictions on the appeal of communication; therefore constantly improving spectrum efficiency and energy efficiency become even more imminency. Beamforming plays an important role in improving the capacity of MIMO wireless communication systems, suppressing interference, thus improving the spectral efficiency of the system. Now, the technology has been written into 3GPP protocol.With necessary signal-processing of the transmitting antenna and receiving antenna, beamforming algorithm can improve SINR and suppress interference. Beamforming technology can also be seen as the transmission signal spatial filtering. Multiplying transmitting signals from left by a transmitting beaforming matrix, and multiplying receiving signals from left by another receiving beaforming matrix, the desired signal power of receiving side can be enhanced while interference signal power being suppressed. After designing the beamforming matrix, how to conduct a reasonable and effective allocation of power is also one of the key technologies to enhance the efficiency of the system frequency and energy efficiency. On the one hand, improving the power of the transmission signal, can effectively improve the system capacity and the transmit signal power, but to a certain extent, the spectral efficiency and the energy efficiency may not be increased as the power enhancement. On the other hand, in the spirit of energy saving ideas, system power must be controlled.Combining beamforming technology, for the purpose of improving energy efficiency, researching on the rational design of power distribution sub-covariance matrix is worth to analysis. In the design of the receiver beamforming matrix and the transmitter beamforming matrix, the complete channel information on its performance has an extremely important role. However, in practical communication systems, taking a complete channel information is difficult, and therefore how to design beamforming matrix is also worthy of study in the case of incomplete information channel.In this paper, multi-user MIMO Beamforming technology, energy efficiency optimization would be considered:The first chapter introduces the significance of this study, analysises the existing Multi-user MIMO beam-forming technology of broadcast channel and the existing energy efficiency.The second chapter describes designing methods of exsiting beamforming and energy efficiency optimization. After introducing the text required mathematical optimization theory, a system of transmission model, power model is also considered.The third chapter presents two new beamforming algorithm, namely beamforming algorithm based on signal space dimension and spatial distance-based beamforming algorithm. For these two algorithms, we give the transmitter and receiver beamforming matrix closed-form solution, and combined beamforming algorithm to analyze the energy efficiency optimization of power distribution. Finally, the simulation analysis is considered.The fourth chapter analyzes beaforming matrix designing of these two algorithms with partial channel state information and the influence of energy efficiency with partial CSI.Chapter V concludes the paper, outlining future research work.
