Design And Implementation Of Clothing Sales Management Information System For Zhongzhi Company

With the development of IT industry the appliance of computer in business management now becomes a common practice. The construction of the system helps to improve managing performance and the working efficiency. An advanced invoicing software management system will make a lot differences in Clothing sales industry, whose prosperity depends mostly on commodity turnover.This thesis designs and creates an information management system for clothing sales industry.It is designed basing on technics of the Java platform, and a deep understanding of the needs of Jilin Lin Zhong Zhi Trading Company and the invoicing management process thus guarantees an accurate and timely invoicing management.This thesis mainly covers four parts.Firstly a need model is constructed under the guidance of software engineering ideology and based on data obtained from a general survey of clients’ actual needs in the invoicing management process in clothing sales industry.Secondly, different modules within the model are arranged systematically in to a set of logic relations according to the professional characteristics of different users in the target enterprise.With the object-oriented ideology, the author applies a sophisticated three-layered structure to specify the sales management procedure in clothing sales industry and gives the software a combining model of B/S and C/S in order to suit the needs of different professions. With an object-oriented perspective, and in support of as many technics as Java Web, Java Swing, Spring and Hibernate, RMI and My SQL etc., the Author creates a invoicing management system suitable for median-sized clothing distributing enterprise, whose function covers Purchasing and supply management functions,Warehouse management function,store sales management function, data aggregation function and other daily function.And then the system’s functions and performance are tested according to the actual situation of target enterprise and the problems found out are corrected in order to provide a better service of the target enterprise.The system is designed with the software engineering ideology. Using structured analysis and designing technology, the object-oriented programming technology, etc., the designer finally creates a sales management system both of a lower cost and higher flexibility and extensibility.
