In recent years, due to the popularization of higher education and increasing enrollment each year, the number of students in tertiary institutions has increased dramatically. However, the lack of funding for universities Library Book has not met the need of students. How to make full use of the limited funds to buy a useful textbook to meet the needs of readers of books is very important; addition, with the increasing of students, how to provide students with satisfactory service management is an urgent problem.At present, many universities have their own library management system to achieve centralized management and maintenance for daily loan and other related information. However, most library management software’s have high cost, only public-funded institutions to bear this cost. Due to financial and other constraints, primary and secondary schools cannot use professional management software. How to achieve work-related lending library information management and statistical analysis becomes one of the core content of the daily management of the university. In this thesis, we design and implement library circulation data analysis software having intelligent data analysis functions and enable centralized loan information management and maintenance, and provide screening and analyzing large amounts of data operations for teachers.In this thesis, the library loan data analysis software is designed by C/S development model, and uses Visual C ++ 6.0 development software for program development, conducting library circulation data maintenance and management based on Oracle 10 g database; completes the database connections and editing using ADO technology. System test results shows that it can meet the school library circulation data analysis needs related work to meet the efficient and scientific.
